As GreyTip expanded, its quality assurance process became increasingly fragmented and challenging. We gave a demo in June 2023 to him. Their organization was using another open-source test management tool Test Link. He found that Testlink has pain points and to overcome this, he presented QA Touch to his Manager fellow QA Leads, and the team. We had a couple of calls with their other QA Leads. They have given feedback and requested the migration utility from Testlink to QA Touch as well as the Selenium automation integration with our QA Touch.
