4. Is the pricing for my plan based on individual users or is it a bulk pricing model?

The pricing structure for QA Touch’s Startup and Professional plans is based on bulk pricing rather than per user. In other words, the Startup plan is priced at $39 per month for a total of 10 users, and the Professional plan is priced at $139 per month for a total of 30 users. It is not priced at $39/user/month or $139/user/month, respectively.

5. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. All you have to do is go to Subscription -> Invoice and Click on Cancel Subscription. Your QA Touch subscription will be canceled immediately.

6. Can I upgrade or downgrade my pricing plan later?
