3. How can I determine which pricing plan is suitable for my team?
You can assess your team’s requirements, size, and specific needs to determine the most suitable pricing plan. Our QA Touch team can also provide guidance and help you choose the right plan based on your unique circumstances.
4. Is the pricing for my plan based on individual users or is it a bulk pricing model?
The pricing structure for QA Touch’s Startup and Professional plans is based on bulk pricing rather than per user. In other words, the Startup plan is priced at $99 per month for a total of 10 users, and the Professional plan is priced at $299 per month for a total of 30 users. It is not priced at $99/user/month or $299/user/month, respectively.
5. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. All you have to do is go to Subscription -> Invoice and Click on Cancel Subscription. Your QA Touch subscription will be canceled immediately.
6. Can I upgrade or downgrade my pricing plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your pricing plan at any time based on your evolving needs. Our platform allows for flexibility and scalability, ensuring you can adjust your plan as required.
