Downtime, Security and Services

Our servers are hosted in AWS and highly secure. The Data Center uses the latest and highest grade firewall protection, intrusion detection and proprietary security systems to protect your data. DCKAP  support team has access to sophisticated monitoring tools to continuously monitor the hardware and software performance metrics of the Server.

The data in the server is firewalled in the database which is protected by unique ID and password combinations. Our servers run on proven industry standard Linux operating systems that provide high security, logging and auditing capabilities. DCKAP uses your information to provide you with information and services you request, to inform you about other products and services we offer, and to give you a customized interactive experience as you use QA Touch product.

DCKAP also uses the information for support, to develop new features, and to improve the overall quality of DCKAP’s products and services.

DCKAP may summarize information about you, in a way that does not identify you personally, and combine it with other information to understand how product is used, to deliver product and services and to help us develop new products and services.

Credentials

Customer shall ensure that all users keep their user IDs and passwords for the Products strictly confidential and not share such information with any unauthorized persons. User IDs are granted to individual, named persons and may not be shared. Customer is responsible for any and all actions taken through use of Customer accounts and passwords.  Customer agrees to notify QATouch immediately if Customer becomes aware of any unauthorized use of the Products.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DCKAP, its subsidiaries and affiliates from any claim, cost, expense, judgment or other loss relating to your use of this Web Site, including without limitation of the foregoing, any action you take which is in violation of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.

CHANGES:INDEMNITY
