This policy applies to all DCKAP employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

What Should Be Reported?
Examples of concerns that should be reported include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud, theft, bribery, conflicts of interest
- Breaking laws and company policies.
- Privacy breaches, data leaks, cyber threats, or irresponsible use of AI and confidential information.
- Harassment, discrimination, or workplace safety issues.
- Any action that puts our customers, employees, or business at risk.

QA Touch treats all whistleblower reports confidentially and shares information only with individuals who need it to conduct a fair investigation or as required by law.
Where possible, the identity of the whistleblower will be protected throughout the investigation.
Protection Against Retaliation
QA Touch strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
No employee, contractor, customer, or partner will be penalized, threatened, harassed, discriminated against, or otherwise disadvantaged for reporting a genuine concern or participating in an investigation.
Anyone found engaging in retaliation may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationships.
Investigation Process
Every report will be reviewed promptly and handled fairly and objectively by the ethics team.
Depending on the nature of the concern, QA Touch may:
- Conduct an internal investigation.
- Engage legal counsel or external specialists where appropriate.
- Collect relevant evidence and interview involved parties.
- Take corrective or disciplinary action where necessary.
- Notify regulatory authorities if required by applicable law.
While confidentiality may limit the details we can share, we will acknowledge receipt of the report whenever possible.
False or Malicious Reports
QA Touch encourages individuals to report concerns honestly and in good faith.
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or malicious reports may result in disciplinary or legal action.
However, no action will be taken against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, even if the investigation determines that no violation occurred.
Policy Review
QA Touch may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, industry best practices, or company operations.
