1. What is QA Touch? Who do you serve?

QA Touch is a test management tool of organization DCKAP and it helps manage the project testing in companies, right from test planning, test execution, tracking and closure of defects and report the status of QA activities. We provide test management solutions to a wide range of B2B and B2C industries right from software, retail, wholesale, FMCG, fintech, agencies, freelancers and much more.

2. Why should I opt for QA Touch instead of performing test management on my own?

The benefit you gain by using QA Touch is that you can effectively manage your testing activities during the entire life cycle of the software. Without a test management tool like QA Touch, you will have to utilize excel or other softwares, in which case it will be very cumbersome for you to manage data.

3. Is my plan pricing per user based or in bulk?

QA Touch plans startup and professional are priced in bulk. That is,
Startup plan is priced at $39/month for 10 users as a whole and not $39/user/month
Professional plan is priced at $139/month for 30 users as a whole and not $139/user/month.

4. Does the maximum number of users listed under each plan reset every month?

No. The number of users mentioned above are the overall maximum and does not reset every month. For Instance, if you have added 10 users into QA Touch under startup plan and want to add more, you will have to upgrade to professional plan. If you have added 30 users into QA Touch under professional plan and want to add more, you will have to upgrade to enterprise plan.

5. What if I reach my users limit in startup or professional plan and want to add more to QA Touch?

You will have to upgrade your plan subscription in that case.
If you have added 10 users to QA Touch while in startup plan and want to add more, you need to upgrade to professional plan.
If you have added 30 users to QA Touch while in professional plan and want to add more, you need to upgrade to enterprise plan.

6. Does the number of test cases reset every month for startup plan?

No. The upper limit for total number of test cases is 10000 overall and this does not reset for every month. So, once you utilize 10000 test cases, you won’t be able to add any more and will have to upgrade to professional plan

7. Does the number of test runs reset every month for startup plan?

No. The upper limit for total number of test runs is 1000 overall and this does not reset for every month. So, once you utilize 1000 test runs, you won’t be able to add any more and will have to upgrade to professional plan

8. Do I need a credit card to get started with free plan?

No. You don’t need to provide credit card details for getting started with your QA Touch Free plan.

9. How do I select a plan suitable to my teams’ needs?

You can have a look at the detailed features description of each plan mentioned above and make a decision based on:
Priority 1: Availability of a particular feature in the plan
Priority 2: Usage limit .
For instance, If you have less than 10 members in your team, startup plan is suited for you and if it is between 10 – 30, professional plan is best suited for you. In case you want to have GitHub Integration, professional plan is best suited for you regardless of the number of team members.

10. When Should I Go For The Enterprise Plan?

If you are a team of 50+ members, the enterprise plan will best suit your profound needs with a dedicated account manager in place. Hence you can level up with 200 API requests per min and stay continuously connected in every app with secure OKTA and Google SSO.

11. Is it possible to cancel my subscription?

Yes. It is possible to cancel your subscription anytime. All you have to do is go to Subscription -> Invoice and Click on Cancel Subscription. Your QA Touch subscription will be cancelled immediately.

13. Are there any QA Touch product guides to help while using the product?

Yes. We have a separate Help section within the QA Touch product (once you log in) to guide you in terms of Q&A on General, Product Workflow, Roles & Guidelines, Integrations, Payment, and much more. Also, we have started working on a separate Product Documentation to guide you on the step-by-step workflow of all QA Touch features.

15. What are the payment options available for QA Touch?

You can pay via card (debit or credit card). You will be redirected to our stripe payment gateway for making payment. We don’t save your payment details..

16. Do you have an option for payment on an annual (yearly) basis?

Yes. We have an annual subscription option for the Professional plan and you can avail the same. You will get one month for free when you subscribe on an annual basis. All you have to do is request for the plan through Contact Us and we will send an invoice.

17. Do you have a community for QA Touch?

Yes. We have a QA Touch community, where we make latest QA Touch announcements, have test management related discussions with top QA members of the community, and take up feature requests. In case, you have a suggestion to add a particular feature/enhancement, you can add them here and we will take it up in the pipeline and implement.
