No. The number of users mentioned above are the overall maximum and does not reset every month. For Instance, if you have added 10 users into QA Touch under startup plan and want to add more, you will have to upgrade to professional plan. If you have added 50 users into QA Touch under professional plan and want to add more, you will have to upgrade to enterprise plan.

Enterprise plan is the only plan that is priced on a per user basis ($2/user/month). Yes. It is possible to cancel your subscription anytime. All you have to do is go to Subscription -> Invoice and Click on Cancel Subscription. Your QA Touch subscription will be cancelled immediately.
