In the past, MoEngage was using spreadsheets and one another test management tool for their test management activities but with frequent product releases and scaling-up of the team – bringing the data to Jira cloud from spreadsheets/test management tool, in-app bug reporting, tracking of releases and the reports were becoming a bottleneck.
